Direct bookings · Private boat trips
If the skipper cancels the trip because the weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to sail, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
If you prefer, you may choose a date change, subject to availability. The choice between a refund and a date change is yours.
The skipper assesses the forecast and sea conditions and decides whether it is safe to sail. Clouds, moderate wind or a variable forecast do not by themselves mean cancellation; the route may be adapted.
| Notice before departure | Refund |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more | 100% of the amount paid |
| From 15 to fewer than 30 days | 50% of the amount paid |
| Fewer than 15 days | No refund. We will try to reschedule your trip for another available date during the season. |
Percentages apply to the money actually paid for the booking. Notice is calculated from receipt of your request until the confirmed departure time, in 24-hour periods and using local time in Menorca.
Changes are subject to availability and require our confirmation. If you cancel fewer than 15 days before departure and rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Please let us know if you will be late. The trip ends at the agreed time even if your group arrives later. If you do not show up or arrive more than one hour late without prior notice, the trip may be cancelled without a refund. If you notify us, we will try to adapt the trip within the operational possibilities of the day.
If a breakdown prevents the trip from taking place, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid or another available date. In the event of port restrictions, orders from the authorities or other force majeure circumstances, we will explain the situation and arrange rescheduling or the refund applicable to the circumstances.
