North Route

Ses Aligues / Cap Negre / Sa Mesquida / Arenal D’en Moro / Cala Rambles / Cala Tortuga / Cala Presili

We leave from the wonderful port of Mahon, one of the enclaves with the most history in the Mediterranean and the second largest natural port in the world.

In the direction of Es Grau we can anchor at Cap Negre, a place much sought after by the Mahoneses for its tranquility and a short distance from the port. It is a place of cliffs without a beach.

Then we find Sa Mesquida beach where we can anchor and spend some time swimming in its waters.

Continuing north and turning on Isla de Colom we find Arenal del Moro where we can anchor nearby out of season and in the channel in mid and high season. Its low depth and turquoise water is a beautiful attraction to spend the afternoon.

Very close to Arenal del Moro we find the incredible Cala Rambles, a place of peace and tranquility where you can enjoy a seabed rich in life where you can snorkel and enjoy PaddleSurfing, a place to fall in love.

The last two coves that we can visit are Cala Tortuga and Cala Presili within the Albufera del Grau Natural Park where we will have one of the most majestic lighthouses on the island, Cal Tortuga with a large expanse of white sand and always with people enjoying their Beach. Cala Presili is more intimate and the closest to the Favaritx lighthouse, an incredible natural environment where you can spend the last hours of the journey.

Returning to Puerto, if time permits, we will try to take a short walk through one of the typical places of the capital with beautiful Menorquin-style houses, Cala San Esteban.
